Privacy notice — OGI Timeclock
Last updated: 2026-10-25
OGI Timeclock is the time and attendance system used by Ordonez Group Inc. (22 Talbot St W, Leamington, ON N8H 1M4) for its employees. This notice explains what information it collects and why.
What we collect
- Account details: your name, work email, role and preferred language. Your password is stored only as a one-way encrypted hash.
- Work time: when you clock in and out, your breaks, and any corrections made by a manager, including the reason given.
- Location: your device's GPS position and its accuracy, only at the moment you clock in or clock out, and only if you allow location access. The app does not track your location at any other time or in the background.
- Time off: the requests you make, their dates, reason, and the manager's decision.
Why we use it
- To record hours worked, calculate regular and overtime hours, and run payroll.
- To confirm that punches are made at the work site.
- To manage vacation, sick and other leave.
- To keep the records employers must keep under Ontario's Employment Standards Act.
Who can see it
- You can see your own hours, punches and requests.
- Managers and administrators of Ordonez Group Inc. can see this information for the employees they manage.
- We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.
Where it is stored
- The database is hosted by Supabase in Canada (Montréal). The application runs on Vercel, whose servers may process requests outside Canada. Information is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS).
How long we keep it
- Time and payroll records are kept for as long as Ontario law requires (generally at least three years) and then deleted or anonymized.
Your choices
- You can turn off location access for the app in your phone's settings. If a work site requires location to clock in, you will be asked to turn it back on to punch there.
- To ask about, access or correct your information, contact mj@maryvercompany.com.
